Asian edition of Nyenrode InterExcellent Programme
In close cooperation with Nyenrode Business University in Netherlands and Elite Executive Interim Management in Hong Kong, InterExcellent launches the Exclusive Nyenrode InterExcellent Programme for interim managers in the Asian market. Based on the experience of the successful InterExcellent Nyenrode programme in Netherlands, senior interim managers can actualize their skills and competences with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region. The first edition of the programme will be organized in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 18-23 April 2010.
“How to build an excellent organization in Asia”
The program is designed for senior interim managers who want to work or are already working in the Asia-Pacific region. It offers unique learning opportunities for managers who are looking for new management techniques and insights, and provides in-depth knowledge of the region. One of the modules deals with implementing effective change strategies in the international cultural context. Another important module is ‘Economic and Social Developments in Asia-Pacific’. Ruud van der Linden, CEO of Elite Executive Interim Management, who has lived and worked in the region for 20 years, comments: “Initially, the interim management projects we did were mainly in production and manufacturing. Nowadays projects have a far broader market scope, including the rapidly growing services industry, the health care management and so on. And there is a growing demand for a ‘new style’ Executive Interim Manager, with new skills and competences covering such themes as sustainability, globalization, social networking and other ways of cross-cultural communication.”
